`Is Palisten a country?
Its has its own flag`

2018-12-24 00:01:57 UTC

hardly

2018-12-24 00:02:02 UTC

they use the standard arab flag

2018-12-24 00:04:10 UTC

`1. is able to enforce their own laws within their borders` - If they could, there would be no West Bank settlements, unless you dispute that being their territory.

2018-12-24 00:05:44 UTC

`2. have a standing army` - They don't have one. Gaza has a few armed foces. West Bank has another one. They're not one army.

2018-12-24 00:06:25 UTC

`3 . print their own currency` - Jordanian Dinar isn't their own currency, neither is the Israeli shekel

2018-12-24 00:07:07 UTC

`4. have international relations with other nations` - With how many? They certainly don't have relations with Israel.

They have international relations with many countries. They are involved in many supranational organizations and many countries recognize them. They DO have a standing army and security services. Their effectiveness is disputable, but that can be said of many nations. They do technically have a flag. A currency isn’t necessarily a requirement for being a state

`They have international relations with many countries.` - I'm happy for them. `They are involved in many supranational organizations and many countries recognize them.`- Not enough do. `They DO have a standing army and security services.` - What is their 'standing army' called? `Their effectiveness is disputable, but that can be said of many nations.` - Which nation has no control over its armed forces? `They do technically have a flag.` - Yeah, it's the Flag of the Arab Federation. `A currency isn’t necessarily a requirement for being a state`- Other guy said it was, but ok.

2018-12-24 00:29:51 UTC

>70% of nations recognize Palestine

2018-12-24 00:29:54 UTC

NOT ENOUGH

2018-12-24 00:30:34 UTC

Btw look up Palestinian Security Services smh not that hard

2018-12-24 00:31:02 UTC

>a majority of all countries recognize Palestine
>Asuka never said they didn't have control over the armed forces
>if sovereign currency was a qualifier for a country, then several countries in multiple continents wouldn't be considered countries, including: El Salvador, Ecuador, Zimbabwe, a majority of the EU, etc.

Not enough to vote them fully in. And the Palestinian Security Forces aren't their army. They have no army. Who's in charge of the PSF? I know the answer, but I wanna play this out.

2018-12-24 00:38:10 UTC

The general assembly recognizes them due to the Partition Plan, the US just doesn’t recognize them because (((reasons))) and their allies follow smh

2018-12-24 00:38:36 UTC

just say it's the jews

2018-12-24 00:38:37 UTC

And if you know I’m not gonna waste my time. It’s on the Wikipedia page

2018-12-24 00:38:38 UTC

I don't care

2018-12-24 00:39:16 UTC

"palestine" isn't a full member state

2018-12-24 00:39:31 UTC

you can blame the jews for it

2018-12-24 00:39:36 UTC

doesn't change reality

2018-12-24 00:39:47 UTC

Abbas is in charge of the PSF

2018-12-24 00:39:55 UTC

and Abbas can't do shit in Gaza

2018-12-24 00:40:08 UTC

they're an inflated police force

2018-12-24 00:40:27 UTC

quick question - what would you guys support, Palestine or restored Kingdom of Jerusalem?

2018-12-24 00:40:27 UTC

which army would defend "Palestine" from an invasion?

2018-12-24 00:40:41 UTC

neither

2018-12-24 00:40:46 UTC

Israel

2018-12-24 00:41:13 UTC

UN membership doesn’t determine if a country is recognizable

2018-12-24 00:41:30 UTC

there is one army responsible for defending the gazan and the west bank borders

2018-12-24 00:41:37 UTC

what's that army called?

2018-12-24 00:42:01 UTC

habibi

2018-12-24 00:42:03 UTC

it's the IDF

2018-12-24 00:43:59 UTC

palestine's status as a soveirgn state is only recognized by individual countries

2018-12-24 00:44:01 UTC

PSF would defend Palestine, I just said it’s effectiveness is disputable. But the fact it exists means it can defend and enforce sovereignty

2018-12-24 00:44:07 UTC

no, it wouldn't

2018-12-24 00:44:17 UTC

if an invasion happened

2018-12-24 00:44:22 UTC

Abbas would hop on the phone

2018-12-24 00:44:25 UTC

and call up Bibi
