every video of this event was taken by tards. "oh there's a jet!" another one is longer and has the guy tell his wife or kid to get his wallet and keys implying he was going to hop in his vehicle and get to the bottom of it.
this one is ok. you can see the jet shadowing the plane
there was a dude who got mad drunk in the late 50s and stole a plane for a dare. landed it in NY, got out and walked away
got let off with a warning
a few years later he stole another plane, drunk again
landed it in NY again
