All I'm saying is

2018-05-25 06:42:46 UTC

I'll change my mind when the talk becomes action

2018-05-25 06:43:49 UTC

Andrew Jackson is my favorite president

2018-05-25 06:43:56 UTC

FDR is my most hated president

2018-05-25 06:44:03 UTC

yeah but the thing is, it seems like a double standard to doompost when things look good and when things look bad

2018-05-25 06:44:05 UTC

how coincidental that they are both here

2018-05-25 06:44:16 UTC

does anyone here even take zak and BM's posting seriously

2018-05-25 06:44:41 UTC

@Lotus Calme George Washington and a few others got 100% of the vote in some cases because they were the only one on the ballot in that particular state

2018-05-25 06:44:51 UTC

makes sense

2018-05-25 06:45:09 UTC

it seems FDR's landslide in South Carolina is the largest in any state in the 20th Century

2018-05-25 06:45:18 UTC

Also, I dislike black pills because it is demoralizing and thus subversive to the movement

2018-05-25 06:45:35 UTC

but I like to embrace them because they are a part of the movement

2018-05-25 08:23:29 UTC

Most of Button's black pills lately have admittedly been jokes however.

2018-05-25 08:23:39 UTC

But the joke is definitely getting ols.

This article is ironic

2018-05-25 12:48:10 UTC

now they're begging

It's such an easy concept to see, you have to have leverage in a deal. They cannot smell weakness, Trump had to show that he's not desparate for a peace deal, because if that's the case, then he'd be at their whim. Walking away shows that Trump isn't desparate and that they have to be the ones that compromise in a deal, that they'll agree to our terms. Bill Clinton got a deal with NK done, but they were able to break it because it had no weight. This is simple carrot and stick, and Trump should not yield to NK until *they* do what we ask them with extensive oversight. If Trump were to fire Bolton after the Libya model situation, then NK knows they have power over the president, even though I'm sure no one here likes Bolton, you have to realize that we can't yield to their demands. Now we can get a summit that is closer to the midterms, which would be fresher in the minds of the voters come November, and we can be sure that is on our terms. If nothing else, Trump got multiple hostages released without a single concession, that shows something.

This seems wrong that these people that have moved to the other parts of Europe and America can suddenly of back to Ireland to vote and change the laws of an entire country.

2018-05-25 13:24:23 UTC

Not only that, Godspeed Ireland, keep that 8th Amendment

2018-05-25 14:06:42 UTC

NJsen, 2018 General Election: Bob Menendez (D-inc) 28% (+4) Bob Hugin (R) 24%

2018-05-25 14:07:11 UTC

Damn!

2018-05-25 14:07:49 UTC

@Pielover19 does this warrant a rating change? Maybe from solid blue to likely blue?

2018-05-25 14:09:52 UTC

One year ago Gianforte body slammed a Guardian reporter

2018-05-25 14:10:22 UTC

I would need to look at the source of the poll.

2018-05-25 14:10:54 UTC

Yeah, let's just take this with a pinch of salt

2018-05-25 14:12:19 UTC

Fairleigh Dickinson University Poll

2018-05-25 14:12:36 UTC

It was done by FDU, which has an A- by 538

2018-05-25 14:12:49 UTC

So it's pretty legitimate

2018-05-25 14:12:55 UTC

800 people surveyed

2018-05-25 14:12:58 UTC

It's over for Menendumf

2018-05-25 14:13:22 UTC

You know my father actually once met Menendez

2018-05-25 14:15:37 UTC

There were some legal issues with getting a medical license and there was a meeting set up, I think it was part of some deal that had a lot of workers involved

2018-05-25 14:17:02 UTC

Dang.

2018-05-25 14:17:04 UTC

'Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) on Thursday referred to the Goodlatte legislation as “the Make America White Again bill”

2018-05-25 14:17:31 UTC

It was bordering on Likely Democrat anyway, so a rating change will happen.

2018-05-25 14:18:55 UTC

They say it like its a bad thing. Democrats openly brag that America is becoming majority brown, but if Republicans propose a bill that even implicitly slows down the pace of change, they get accused with the grave sin of wanting to "make America white again."
