It doesn't violate the second law of thermodynamics as entropy increases only in closed systems but this isn't a closed system, we gain energy from the sun.
Evolution has nothing to do with abiogenesis although abiogenesis is supported by miller uris experiment. After that you just name a few random laws and I have no idea what you mean. The evidence that a species evolved from another can be found in transitional fossils (just Google it I would show you if I could upload pics) the species that "climbed out of water" was the tiktaalic which is a transitional fossils between tetrapods and fishies. We came from and ape like creature and THOSE ape like creatures are extinct! And in fact all the species between hominids and the ape like creature are extinct, so it just shows how you have no idea what you're saying and in fact supporting my argument. Darwin didn't really know about the eye not being irrudecibly complex as any photoreceptor cells is a beneficial trait.

And again you cannot get an existing species from another existing species of another genera
