no matter how many one off cases you can pull about vaccines being dangerous you could never accurately or logically make a bold claim that this is true enough of all vaccines that you should resort to other non-prescribed remedies
when you have something as mass produced and readily available as vaccines you are of course going to have such special cases. nothing is 100% perfect and odd side effects are prevelant in over the counter medicine and grocery store food and just about any day to day things you can think of

gene-environment interactions happen all the time. Should this also happen to genes related to autism, than it's accurate to assume that autism is epigenetic
there are other environmental factors to autism, not limited to the presences of EDCs (endocrine disrupting chemicals), toxic elements (including heavy metals, higher levels found in autistic children) and even air pollution

hallucinations are gonna be how this specific person's immune system reacts. The cell itself is dead or weak so it can't do anything.
there is a reason why patients need to get individualized before medical treatment
just like that patients react differently to drugs, also applies to vaccines
you seem to be overcomplicating a very simple process
you just have list of what you're intolerant or allergic to, and the person(s) giving it will determine what to do. it's that simple
