You can prove almost all of those things at home.
Curvature. Go to a beach and see ships disapering.
Earth moving. look at the movement of stars, sun and moon. Or build a foucault pendulum

@Kebab Removalist you realize you just proved it's flat, right? The further away you are the building stays the same size. The air is magnifying the target larger than your apparent horizon
The further away it is, the more it is magnified and cut off from the bottom up
