Which means no heath care provider will be allowed to administer a vaccine until it has been tested against a placebo and it is has been evaluated for causing potential autoimmune, neurological or chronic health conditions, along with causing cancer, mutated genes and affecting fertility or cause infertility and for causing autism spectrum disorder. They also want testing on how they affect the body in combination with other vaccines, the rates of injury and death, and all possible side effects.
