The death penalts precense deters crime and that means it deters murder. Plus 20% of murderers go right back to killing. Some quick Google searchs and simple math shows those killed outweigh the executed. Not to mention that they are innocent so their lives are worth more.

Well Chan I try to be very emotional about the Death Penalty but in all honesty. If I knew somebody had actually killed an innocent person I would have no problem skinning them alive and throwing them into a vat of alchohol.

To me that's a good penalty.
