Yeah I think personally that any ethicnic group has a higher natural desire for crime (odd thing to clarify in this discussion but there are some alt right people here) I think the issue is thst if you look at the drivers of crime; poverty, distrust in society, no social help, it would be understandable that minorities have a higher crime rate.

The reality is that we can't just sweep terrorism under the rug, even if it is a minority

I think that if we demonise refugees and minorities we actively increase the risk of them commiting crimes. We should be supportive of intergrating them into society
