The effects of neonicotineoids are widely known and a number of governments make efforts to ban them, as well as Glycophospates. The issue with the Glycophospates are that they cause cancer, this has been known for a while as they are banned in the EU but has been picked up in the news cycle with the recent legal case.

Impairment while bad, doesn't lead to the issue we have now

It's the neonicotineoids, invasive species, and changing climate that are the main causes of colony collapse
