Yeah, I really can't stand the trolling rules. People really have saturated the meaning of "trolling" so much to ban whoever they don't like.

2018-11-15 14:58:47 UTC

Bustr, Mutt, and Griefer trolls are hardly trolls, they're just being a general asshole.
And some of these "trolling" types are there purely to let staff abuse without taking criticism, like "concern troll".

2018-11-15 15:04:13 UTC

A lot of these aren't trolls tbh

2018-11-15 16:58:54 UTC

@Quorum Regardless, the points you bring up are still unacceptable. Perhaps you would like to provide a definition for trolling, since it’s obviously an area of your expertise.

2018-11-15 17:10:07 UTC

^ connessouir troll

2018-11-15 17:56:34 UTC

@no one That’s actually a thing. I didn’t include that one because I didn’t think it would be needed. Me thinks we have ourselves a connoisseur Troll on our hands. And a concern troll...since that was specifically the one @Quorum was concerned about. 😂

2018-11-15 17:58:31 UTC

They are not rules

2018-11-15 17:58:44 UTC

Its just some definitions

2018-11-15 17:58:56 UTC

Dont trip

2018-11-15 17:59:09 UTC

Lol

2018-11-15 17:59:58 UTC

@Quorum why are you concerned?

2018-11-15 18:01:10 UTC

Let me get you some modeling clay and coloring books

2018-11-15 18:12:40 UTC

"If you cannot take criticism, then it can only mean you have no respect for them"

2018-11-15 18:14:27 UTC

You're focused on the fact that I'm mildly concerned, not about *why* I'm concerned. Obviously, I'm concerned for a reason. So I don't see a reason to get angry

2018-11-15 18:14:38 UTC

🤦

2018-11-15 18:16:54 UTC

If you take personal offense to things put in <#484513575801454593> then you must personally be tied with the guidelines in there.
And it's just fucking rules and I'm giving criticism, quit baby raging...

2018-11-15 18:55:10 UTC

@Quorum I can only assume that some of those listed are things you like to do. So tell us again, which ones of those troll definitions has personal resonance with you?

2018-11-15 19:23:21 UTC

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IOv7yfjYMzI earth is 6 to 10 K years old

2018-11-15 20:00:57 UTC

^ Space isn't fake. You can see each planet, the moon in very high detail (including craters), and satellites using a telescope, and astroauts put a retroreflector (kinda like a mirror) on the moon so anyone with a high powered laser can shoot it at the retroreflector and hive it bounce back to Earth.

2018-11-15 20:01:49 UTC

@Quorum Please provide sources. Thank you.

2018-11-15 20:02:16 UTC

I don't need sources. Anyone can buy a telescope or a high powered laser.

2018-11-15 20:08:37 UTC

Earth is 6-10k years old

2018-11-15 20:08:41 UTC

Ridiculous

2018-11-15 20:20:10 UTC

""Here's what I think troll"" Disagreeing with most of the things your opponent says isn't trolling. If I think the earth is a globe and someone else thinks the earth is a disk, then obviously we're going to disagree about most things.
"Amazon troll" Expressing a disliking of someone or something isn't trolling. Unless it's senseless rapid insults that is clearly intented to be trolling.
"Bustr troll" Not even a type of troll. It's just someone who's holding a grudge.
"Mutt troll" Also not a type of troll. It's someone who holds a grudge *and* gossips.
"Concern troll" When I googled the definition, it even pointed out that it's mis-used so often, and it is. Basically, if a staff bans or mutes someome for eating Froot Loops and not Fuity Pebbles, if anyone says it's abuse, they cry "conCErN tRolL1!11" and ban them aswell to cover themselves.
"Persistent Debate troll" I think this just describes someone who people don't like. Thinking you're right and everyone else is wrong isn't trolling, otherwise every flat earther would be trolling society. And trying to get the last message also isn't trolling, it's just a cringe thing people do when they try to win arguments.

2018-11-15 20:48:11 UTC

I mean I can understand why you'd say that Quorum @Quorum

2018-11-15 20:48:18 UTC

Regarding space

2018-11-15 20:48:21 UTC

Not the other stuff

2018-11-15 20:48:58 UTC

Astronomy is indeed amazing and there are things that we see up there that we can explain way as planets

2018-11-15 20:49:05 UTC

Due to the globe model

2018-11-15 20:53:28 UTC

Yeh

2018-11-15 21:00:50 UTC

If (since) the earth is flat and all of those 'planets' are out there dont you think there is a reason

2018-11-15 21:01:03 UTC

Maybe a divine reason

2018-11-15 21:07:32 UTC

To what?

2018-11-15 21:09:19 UTC

To what?

2018-11-15 21:09:22 UTC

Wdym

2018-11-15 21:10:01 UTC

You said 'maybe a divine reason'

2018-11-15 21:10:26 UTC

Wait, are you a flat earther or no? Im confused

2018-11-15 21:11:54 UTC

I am

2018-11-15 21:12:03 UTC

When I said a divine reason
