Sounds good. I think you could technically even rent it out, it's just a tool, as long as they're the one who presses the start button.

Lol look dudes, if you guys try to hit me up for that Vortex discount, remember its %50 off MSRP. you have to add taxes and shipping twice. It has to come to me first, then i have to ship to you, unless you're in CO, then we can meet up and throw some brass.

I like the idea.

@[LA] DavidKoresh has it been challenging?

2020-04-28 19:58:32 UTC

Super easy and can get them doing in about 30 min with the easy jig

2020-04-28 19:58:49 UTC

Holy shit.

2020-04-28 19:59:04 UTC

What all tools have you needed so far. Those are really the only thing stopping me.

2020-04-28 20:01:40 UTC

The only thing you need is a drill and a router. You can pick up both of those for under $75 at harbor fright.

The perfect set up is a drill press, router, cutting oil and a vise. If you are not going to use a drill press then pick up a corded drill. A cordless drill will use up the batteries to fast.

Anyone here do hand to hand combatives? I started training BJJ a couple years ago; I love that my gun isn't (necessarily) my first line of defense anymore. That being said, I want to learn to box as well

2020-04-28 21:52:16 UTC

Same ^

2020-04-28 21:53:03 UTC

I have been doing some pathetic boxing in my basement once a week. Training to join a bjj place near me when everything opens back up

2020-04-28 21:54:19 UTC

Started mixed martial arts when I was 7, almost 25 now. Definitely important, and it helps build a calm and aware mindset

2020-04-28 21:56:03 UTC

I feel like it helps me deal with stress in a positive way. Like nothing that happens at work or school is more stressful than a 300 pound judoka pinning my sack to my forehead

2020-04-28 21:57:57 UTC

@Diggs more boxing than I've done lol

2020-04-28 22:53:14 UTC

uh oh

2020-04-28 23:06:14 UTC

What 45° backup iron sights do you rifle gurus recommend

2020-04-28 23:09:57 UTC

Or is it a just go whatever you find kind of thing

2020-04-28 23:10:35 UTC

Been searching for a good holster for my CZ but I honestly don't know what's good and what isn't

2020-04-28 23:33:36 UTC

If you're curious what the legal limit of tannerite can do, here's this vid I found. https://youtu.be/7DK_pw2tq2Q

@Big Chungus
talk specs and stuff here keep the other thread for buy sell and trade

2020-04-28 23:41:19 UTC

And I am unsure but my interest was piqued with that set

2020-04-28 23:42:08 UTC

my turn off is that they're gen 2 tubes

@Dejectedhook04 yeah, I think a good set of filmed GP would be better in very low ambient light. Duals vs mono would be my next question. My main constraint is cost, especially for my first unit. That and I need to set my rifle up as well. A mono seems like the way to go for me currently. Looking into Licentia Arms and see the night units.

2020-04-28 23:47:51 UTC

@Big Chungus dude I feel the cost part for sure
reasons why I went into a scope for my rifle in the first place
it was a gen 3 USNV 441 with an illustration

2020-04-28 23:50:45 UTC

@Dejectedhook04 that said I do want some modularity, not just weapon mounted. Versatile is what I'm going for. Hiking trips, range use, hunting etc. I'll make 100% sure I'm using that $4k unit to its full capacity 😂.

2020-04-29 00:00:47 UTC

Oh sweet

2020-04-29 00:00:51 UTC

They are fun as hell to build

2020-04-29 00:00:55 UTC

@Grouch what slide you running?

2020-04-29 00:04:00 UTC

@RamRod-USAF if youre going to post your guns, make sure you leave out the serial number

2020-04-29 00:05:41 UTC

lol

2020-04-29 00:05:51 UTC

There I deleted the shit lol

2020-04-29 00:06:36 UTC

That being said, you should have pictures of your firearm with the serial number clearly visible and readable in case you ever have to use it for self defense and the police try to disappear it from their evidence locker
