Hey, for those of you on Facebook, if you search “reopen (your states name)” then you’ll usually find info on rally’s and updates as to what’s going on in your state. It’s how I am able to follow NH and MA rally’s. I’d encourage you guys to go check them out. Those groups are usually, from what I’ve seen, 5k+ strong in some instances.

Did they cite the law they used to arrest the 6 armed protesters

Rumor is they got felony weapon charges but idk how credible that is

Well yes they can say anything but they must cite the criminal code broken

For example in Michigan if you don’t have a CPL I can still conceal carry a handgun on my private property. But even if my neighbor gives me permission to CC on his property I must have a CPL

unless these guys were on the same land plot as the bar witch it sounds like they were on another private property and not on the property of the BAR

Unless they got our guys on some obscure law like that I don’t see how they could legally be detained

From what I read it's because they were on the bar's property, and that 51% law applies not just to the bar itself but also the property
