Amen.
Preach it
I'm not Christian but I always loved that one ever since I heard Robert E Lee say it in the movie "Gettysburg" the prequel "Gods and Generals" was excellent also
I am a Christian and there is some great Wisdom in the bible in my opinion. Including a verse that tells a man to sell his cloak and purse to buy a sword.
Let he who hath no rifle, sell his Xbox and buy one.
I'm a Christian, and there are way too many good verses for me to list, unless you want me to copy paste the entire book...
I love the B**galations memes
Hahahaha. Yes, I will not force my religion upon another. So long as they do not ridicule me for my faith. I am always happy to share though.
Yeah, those are good. I should really read the whole thing....
Is the b word okay on memes or pics?
Or does it get flagged also
Ehhh, I don't think it scans anything. We just avoid it while we can. But if you wanna share, you can PM
It's in text that it gets flagged
Ok I figured that
Looks like I have a Xbox to sell... Hope my siblings don't mind...
Lmao
Go with god my son
I have a musket, but they haven't shipped it yet because the 'Rona
Awww, yeah... I wanna take an AR, and lay it into a musket stock and basically make it look like a musket, lol
I'd like to get a reproduction Brown Bess but they tend to not be cheap usually they seem to be around the $1000 mark up here anyways
I want to get an SCR lower with a wood stock, and put a 20" barrel on there with a custom wooden A1 hand guard with a custom attachment to mount old fashioned socket bayonets
My dad has a brown bess.
Yeah. Muskets do be expensive
A .74 cal musket and .50
Yeah for a muzzle loading BP firearm you'd assume they would be cheaper
I got lucky and picked up an 'original' 1853 Enfield for a grand
The problem is that the only company that makes repros at a reliably quality is pedersoli based out of Italy
My dad did Revolutionary War Reenacting when I was younger, and even back then they were expensive.
The pride of my collection so far is my 1890 Smith and Wesson first model double action in 44 Russian which all modern cartridges can trace its lineage from technically
I'd love to get into doing battle re enactments
I did Civil War with my dad when I got older, we were cavalry so my horse is trained for gunfire and everything.
Because my revolver is made before 1898 and is chambered in 44 Russian its basically not considered a firearm by Canadian law and requires no licence to own and I can shoot it anywhere your allowed to shoot a non restricted firearm which is basically anywhere outside of towns
Hell yeah, it's the same way for us with cap and ball pistols.
I kinda wanna get one just so I have something that's 'not a firearm' lol
All other pistols require a restricted firearms licence and need to be registered and can only be used at a range
Mine is a metallic cartridge damned near exactly the same as 44 special
Oh wow, really?
That's actually pretty cool... Must not be easy to find the cartridges though.
44 special target loads can be shot in my pistol but I prefer actually 44 Russian and it can be bought from speciality ammo providers
