Westerners think their happiness is one purchase away

They refuse the only and most logical option that can improve them vastly
And that is to limit their options
Limit the number of people they are loyal to, number of things they own, number of things they obey and consider sacred
Number of people they interact with, number of things they are prepared to vouch for, number of things which they are prepared to defend to the end
They always have to be committed to cosmopolianism, because otherwise they feel as if somebody is "denying" them something
As if they have to give up on this Ecumene which belongs to them, when in reality only thing they have to do is take charge of their own lives
And assume realistic attitude towards their environment
