Imigrants already exist as society

Whatever you take from them they will establish within their own society, and the fact that it will suck will only make things worse

Because their misery will vent out on the overclass, which they will by nature want to remove so they can be the most succesful group which everybody desires

Following that would be a mass drop in economic growth, stagnation and lack of maintenane of military structure and equipment
