I wouldn't be surprised to see business and employment reduced to a social media service where you get a rating that everyone but you can see

and then everyone does weird digital contracts with each other (possibly mediated by ethereum-like tech) and whoever masters that ratings system becomes a new lord of the universe and everyone else just suddenly finds themselves getting poorer and less employable over the years with less understanding of why that is and less recourse
