good stuff
@Parasite YES, WE DO NEED MORE PODCASTS
I HAVE GREAT CO-HOSTS
TAKE A BOW GENTS
whos the host?
the Prof? right
?
My phone doesn't like RSS feeds, you guys on SoundCloud or iTunes?
i think its Soundcloud
which you cannot download i believe... a downside.
I feel like podcasts would be a great way to hide hatespeech
what do you mean?
only diehards would sit and listen to two hours
it's the ultimate tldr
i didnt find anything Die-Hard about the podcasts
I'm sure
They have an anti alt lite article
Pretty die hard
I think the point of a podcast is to broadcast it as far and wide as you can
right?
well like, I am intentionally unaware of a lot of tech and social media/sharing practices
Or to cater to a niche audience for $. All depends on the values of the creator.
but even so, I look at what a podcast is and imagine there is a much higher barrier to having a nonbeliever listen to the last 30 minutes of some podcast
interesting
is that a wrong assumption? are there like, random liberals sitting listening to 2 hours of podcast?
i would think that about the articles
you know, altright podcast
but the articles are searchable
that's the other thing
it's harder to search the podcast
i noticed that myself
you could just type ctrl+f "nigger" in the article and find the omghate immediately
but in the podcast I feel like somebody after the hour mark could be yelling "GAS THE NIGGERS, HATE WAR NOW" and nobody would be listening unless they were already altrighters
just a comment on the medium and my view of its potential, I guess
Well even though I'm not liberal I will listen to 3 hour episodes of Drunken Peasants because it's a funny show. So idk if normies would listen
well its a pretty well structured podcasts with talking points and topics
and if it is downloadable you can play it to all your mundane factory worker friends and piss off the whole crew
Is there something impeding more podcasts from Amerika?
a weekly show would get the ball rolling.
In my experience podcasts very rarely survive, v. Small audiences compared to video
