I am scouring the internet trying to find good calisthenic trap moves but nobody has any

I am buffer and scarier and more knowledgeable than most of these gurus

some retard on a calisthenics forum told me "just man up and do shrugs"

yeah I should just man up and have access to weights

a lot of things I do online piss people off but one of the big winners is how advanced I am at calisthenics training

I don't even mean to do it, I just casually mention doing 5x10 handstand pushups or whatever I did that day and people sperg and accuse me of lying

I can't believe some retard actually told me to "man up" as a suggested solution for an engineering problem within constraints
