I'll read that book eventually. I like Charlton.
This is just a particularly busy summer for me.
its more like a long essay than a book to be honest
even better
I think my personality is like a that of a genius except without the intellect or willingness to forgo all social pressures
I have learned that unless someone does cure mortality in my lifetime, I won't get to do 5% of the things that seem interesting to me, so I've basically just picked a couple and I don't do anything else
Charlton doesn't have the benefit of MBTI
you add that together to these ideas and you get something even stronger
some of the "endogenous personalities" would be MBTI extraverts
basically, all the Ns
well, not quite all
INTJ, INTP, INFJ, INFP, ENTP, ENTJ
in a rough order
ENFP and ENFJ unlikely, again in order, descending
I'm in a busy period where I would much prefer to be doing nothing at all
it's a real trough
i wonder if people push back against the MBTI typing thing because they don't want to deal with a predictive model of the flaws they know on some level they have
I think its just the spirit of the times
"empirical", materialist, scientist
@UOC I criticize MBTI
anyone liable to be interested in MBTI
I think it's a horoscope for autistic people
is probably very interested in knowing their flaws
And vain people
With a self obsession
good thing I'm a vain self obssessed autist
more people come across MBTI than are personally pursuing it as an interest though
in corporate settings or whatever
school
and lots of those people get really dismissive and defensive about it, in my experience
I guess I've just never encountered that
makes sense
I'll keep it in mind for the future
MBTI has major in-universe issues though
like the focus on intuitives or certain types at the expense of others
@here THIS SEEMS COOL. SHARING WITH ALL http://rambox.pro/
that does seem pretty cool
thanks
