I don't even eat much and I am entirely fine
on paper the amount of protein I eat vs my weight and physical workload should have me dying of overtraining, yet I am entirely fine

I am one of those guys who actually does have the genetics to be stupid strong, but I do not look like a bodybuilder and never will
you already have most of your strength
if you're already really strong
then it may be the case
I can shoulder press 200 at least
but I have only been intermittently able to even go to a gym
I suspect I still have a lot left on the table, because I have been eating like shit and only in the gym every other month and still lifting in those sorts of numbers
but at my best I look like this
