for the guys who are really serious about getting big, periodization is the only option
unless you want to shrink your balls like a fag
I am going for strength but yeah I keep running into that
everyone past a given level does some version of it
so part of me is just really curious, like, I gotta know
I am feeling like I want to try a Basic Bitch version of periodized training but only for my bench press, just to see
I do weighted pull ups as my biggest goal
I'm not sure why the idea of committing to this big schedule bothers me because I'm already balls deep into lifting as it is
I'm at 113 lbs atm
Gains are slowing down
But I haven't periodized yet
So I'm hoping that will help
eating 3k+ calories a day is mandatory as well
Calorie surplus is a real tool
I have never done well with some sperg's canned program so I am trying to just learn how periodization even works and build it myself
I watched some roided up guy's video series, he broke it down barney style pretty well
obviously on a near lethal dose of steroids and cocaine

do exercises that feel good to you

I just recently hit 2/3/4/5 and thinking I want to just take it all the way
My bro is bigger than most guys on steroids and is all natural

you can do amazing things with your body so long as you do them correctly with discipline
like I am at least semi good at natty functional strength autism so I might as well just go with it

I am not even anti vanity, I am anti heart attack at 55
