True.. hey anyone know what I am doing wrong? I do the classic day 1 back and bs/shoulders, day 2 legs, day 3 chest and tri, rest a day, repeat. Is it not enough rest? I find when I am sick and have off three days solid or more I come back with big gain in strength..
