all I did was point out that it is just another metal bar to push and pull on, and that ergonomic complaints against it are not really true except maybe of bench press

and that's true, like if you are squatting or overhead pressing or something there are enough mobile joints between the bar and your feet that you can just adjust to be comfortable/ergonomic
