My jaw isn't as strong as I'd like but it isn't super weak. I am overweight though so that's definitely an issue

You have to be hyper diligent with veganism. There are a lot of macros you could be missing out on. Especially proteins

-you literally cannot get fat by eating excess protein
-you get leaner and more muscular by eating an increasing percentage of calories from protein, regardless of if you are gaining, maintaining or losing weight
