I was looking forward to his jordan peterson takedown podcast, yet there's this INTJ who sounds like his mouth is full of taco bell going on about the greek etymology of the word "politics".

Always interrupts with: "that's a good point richard and I agree, but *proceeds to restate richard's point with mildly differing language*"

makes it unlistenable.

It's worse than luke ford's "orthodox judaism"

Richard Spencer ruins his own podcasts long before any guest appears on them and expecting anything remotely insightful from them is a telling mistake

Richard Spencer just strikes me as a weak man and a weak debater. I don't know if he really has any interest in what he claims to support or if he is just out for attention. He seems to just like the attention. I would still like to think that at the point when he started, just having someone talk about the concept of "the ethnostate" no matter how ridiculous it is that it would be just the one, made talking about racial issues in a pro white way more palatable. I am probably being too optimistic though.

Your hope was the reasonable hope when Spencer first began to make waves, but he's since sunk his own ship and made things harder for everyone in anything like common cause with him by proving himself to be a dilettante and uninterested in the actual work of shaping policy.

I never listened to his original podcast work for whatever publication he works for. Even Matt Forney likes them and he is one of Spencer's biggest detractors.

I'm fairly convinced forney is some Lovecraft fictitious creature made flesh by way of collective piss bottle message board mass ritual.
