Yeah. Hentai has helped me like myself. I was so ashamed and guilt ridden by anything sexual whatsoever thanks to religion and by having a while culture just have this helped me escape the self destructive feelings I had.
It was that loophole of technically not porn that allowed me to realize how ridiculous this no fun lifestyle was. Sure I still have issues but I am much better now than I was when I was younger and was taught how evil this all was.
Touching yourself is a good thing. Don't let the prudes ruin it for you. If you are male, it helps with the prostate. If you are female it helps with menstruation pains. Plus both can find out what makes you happy and does make you feel better. Win win.
