@WingALingDragon what you describe is a curriculum problem. By splitting up the education pipeline by gender you fix this

lol this broad clueless LOL
LMAO
no im not
i cant make a single point
Just because I have a degree doesn't mean I'm good at my job.
because im constantly getting interupted
Sorry to say but a certification means fuck all.
no
you have to go through exams and other things to prove yourself in order to get certifications and degrees
Control your Amygdalas @here
A lot of teachers aren't sincere. It's more to it than being fomrally qualified to teach. You must actually care about your pupils/students .
And take your students questions seriously.
It doesn't say you are going to be good at your job.
@drinkbleach you're making emotional arguments and the only intellectual argument you made was that somehow a "certification" gives you the equivalent of ACTUAL LIFE EXPERIENCE
which is false on its face
@WingALingDragon youre the one being emotional

i havent made a single point based on emotion
A lot of people go into teaching because it's fairly easy to gain entry to those college educations.
unless you suggest that every OTHER government licence confers real ability
which they DO NOT

GG thanks for playing
its better than just saying u know about something
haha
what does that prove vs a certification
It only says you have the ABILITY to do [X] job
All a certification proves is that you can pass the government test
it doesn't demonstrate ability
^
Success in industry demonstrates ability
yes it does
Real world experience in any field will make that person so much better in teaching than simply having a degree
