Because it spans every economic group and every situation they were ever in.
ill agree with you that culture and poverty are major influences on criminality
and ill even, for now, concede the criminal statistics
im becoming too tired to argue more, but i appreciate your conversation. i find no evidence as of yet for genetic causes because racism is a global phenomena
