Well if enough evidence proves fake news and bias then I think they at least should lose press access. But I say it would require a large investigation by the DOJ.

But then again there was apparently this thing where Obama secretly passed propaganda law (apparently) so if that is the case something would need to be done about that to even consider the bias part. I mean such a thing could even effect the fake news itself.
