So they're not really socialist
At least, the economy isn't

What *is* 'real socialism', in your view?
@// like i said there are no standard definitions, every country that tries it does it differently
but, i would say the core of it should be to remove poverty
and make shure humans can survive and have a foundation to grow from
I can hear you.
All humans? Regardless of their will to contribute their abilities to society?
@// well for instance in venezuela, they were happy to work for the socialist programs, coz before the corporations were treating them like shit due to no regulations, low wages too,
@// but yea i would think that in a country like the u.s people would be to lazy
hence should not be innacted
Venezuela isn't exactly an example of a successful country.
i agree
but is an example of people sticking to their game plan and trying to make it work
and having some success
also the main obstacles of venezuela is economic warfare, and sanctions by the u.s
which cripple them
@// mainly state/government ownership of the means of production, centralized economic planning, and the redistribution of wealth by the state. And state-funded education, universal healthcare and/or welfare, guaranteed emplyoment, and since the state, by these means assumes ultimate responsibility for the well-being of the individual, every aspect of life is penetrated in order for it to happen that way. Since the state is providing you everything you need to live, the people are dependant upon the state for every aspect of their well being and this is all the leverage they need for total control over the people. This is where the totalitarian regime comes in. This is how nearly *every* socialist society has gone about.
I disagree with the concept of marxist socialism in entirety
huehuehue
@Clonemasterâ„¢ 6.41 true, socialism is a perfect target for power hungry men
Big government is always involved
>using rare pepes as currency that are actually worth more than the national currencyand eating all of the zoo animals is an example of 'people sticking to their game plan and trying to make it work'
@Extra Crispy lol more propaganda
muh prograbunda XD
just liek they ate their own pets too?@Extra Crispy 😂
Are some here really doing the 'but that wasn't true socialism' thing?
that's what happens when you starve
Oh, man.
The people or citizens never really own everything as a community. It's always, *always* been the state representatives. This is how it always turns out, it doesn't work for them any other way. Because I don't know how to run a fucking business - that's why private ownership of businesses are important
@Extra Crispy how about the u.s funded right wing oposition burning down mega food distribution centers? does that make them starve?
the electricity might be free, but god forbid you drink the water or try to buy toilet paper from the stores
