Trump being able to tighten up the voting situation in the US is the only reason he has a chance of winning. If he had to battle against vote rigging again, he'd lose.
I'm not so sure it was illegals but investigation is underway and they did find heavy voter fraud in New Hampshire that lead to enough votes to sway in Clintons favor
