there's an island in hawaii, one of the islands, it's nearly non-populated

there are 3 main function of the goverment, denfending inviduvals rights from other indivuals, protecting property rights from force or fraud, and defending the nation

and you can throw a few no nuclear waste in the delware river laws in there

and they are selling this huge piece of property on it for 280 million bucks, it's tens of thousands of acres

and its at least 75%+ of that island

it's rather beautiful too, the total population taht exists there is in a small town outside of where there used to be reosrts before they shut the resorts down and there's only around 10k people that live on the island it can easily, easily support 250k

you could build an AWESOME mini country like a city state
