so yes, Trump made a HUGE impact.... Freeing up the Syrian Army from a front line, getting Syria/Kurds US/Russia to cooperate, allowing commanders more ability to bomb which dramatically sped up advances, and bombing their sources of income... Those are all Trump policies, and all changed the war more than anything.
