Libertarians think the state is some kind of disease, they do not realise that the state developed naturally.
First there were tribal families, which then formed tribes with other families. Multiple tribes later joined together and formed a town/city, eventually those towns and cities needed a central administrative body to join them together. There you have it - A state

I considered myself libertarian

If you remove the state today, the only result will be either a foreign power invading and taking your land since it doesn't legally belong to anyone, or someone else takes control - be it a wealthy family or oligarchs - which reinstates the state
