Why is weed worse than alcohol?

Alcohol has helped me in more situations than weed has from a personal perspective

I think weed has a tendency to make people lazier and more cloistered in social situations while alcohol can act as a social lubricant, but alcohol has the potential to be more dangerous in the short term

I think people are overall better off without both

alcohol is really expensive compared to weed so i think in that way its easier for people to get hooked on weed
