Even though I think there were COINTELPRO present at the test, the laser itself showed me what I needed to know, light curving up.
I'm saying the mother of all fuck ups was assuming light travels in a straight line, trying to use refraction to explain distant objects that can't be explained with straight line light with refraction is WRONG because light bends up away from the Earth not down towards the Earth
