because if you put a bunch of toddlers in a room black, Asian, Hispanic, white they will not be drawn to the other babies of the same ethnicity. they will just act the same with all the others. Upbringing, education, culture, and bias is why we segregate and once you strip all that away no segregation

even if you want to believe that, theres still a lot of evidence that segregation of the races leads to more improvement and efficiency

for example, blacks in segregation were incredibly more successful than they are now in america.

they actually used to lead their own communities, were role models, etc.

strong family values, shaming in the community, sense of belonging and purpose

just do some research into the communities during segreation

they were very very wholesome and pure
