My stance is a slight bit unclear to the average outsider, I will give you that. They immediately focus on my immediate distrust of government information and think me as bias because of it. But you should also understand that most ✌"reputable"✌ scientists also have a fair amount of distrust of government(s) and what they will do with their information. Many times, the government would like to take control of scientific information and seed it how they deem appropriate on the ludicrous grounds of "public safety" or national security.
This is just an example, but take the movie, 'Contact'.
The scientist that discovered the signal was constantly fighting the military to keep civilian control of information she thought belonged to everyone.
This is a constant struggle with any amd all information. @Credibly Charted
