Guys I've been fat for too long. It's time for me to stop. I'm also very sick so hopefully by saturday or sunday I'll be at 100% and I'm gonna kick overweight's butt.

I did for a cut, but not currently
I'm counting calories and carbs
And making sure protein is my main macro
Today I've had 1500 give or take and a little over 20 carbs

@StevePines -WA b careful w keto, it can cause diabetes no meme. Also if ur gonna cut like that ur putting urself at huge risk of metabolic damage so u should run something like cardarine to up regulate it
Like I damaged my metabolism a while ago cutting like that
@zyzz I should be fine, I kinda didn't have a whole lot to work with today but my carbs will probably go up just a bit the next few days
