a job that can afford you an axe

Ok liberal
Do 9 pushups then 5 seconds of rest
Then do 1 pushup followed by 5 seconds of rest
Then do 8 with 5 seconds of rest
Then do 2 with 5 seconds of rest
Continue this concept until you've flipped all the way through
It should be 200 pushups by the end
For a greater challenge you can increase from 10 to 20 pushups....or more
i have an axe and recently cut down a very small tree with my skinny arms
it was good fun
13 not fat but I'm genuinely fucking terrified of gaining weight started going gym dis my first month I lost 6kg and I'm starting to see good results when it comes to strength it's the first time this week I benched 20kg
20kg each side or total
Total
44 pounds?
(bare bar?)
I don't speak pounds and I did it with the bar your supposed to bench with not the bar off the rack
Gripped it wide so I can do chest
grip it close for biceps first tbh
It when it comes to biceps I do bicep curls with 20 to 25 kg
you should be able to press more than that then
Well I can't because the bar is really long and also weighs like a few kg
bar is probably 45 pounds (pretty much 20 kilos)
That's the bar is bench with
yeah that bars 20 kilos
That's not me in the pic
oh
thats the grip you should do tho
Really
in my opinion yes
less reps but you see more progress
I can only do 4 reps
i did wide grip but i didnt gain any progress for months but close grips and i get +5lb (like 2.5 kilo) per month each side
Thanks man I'm gonna do that the next time I go
good
