This song's actually about this little girl who rode home from a wedding in a limousine, but they were hit by a drunk driver in a semi, and the girl and the driver instantly died, but her mother survived, and the only remains she could find left was the decapitated head of the little girl, so she clutched it, crying, until rescue workers showed up.
