so I knew you could go there already, but since the judgement disc was only chapter one, I deduced it was something high level lol

Looks like I triggered a quest to explore it. I triggered one in the mines by the blockade to the capital, so I guess those also have a tomb?

you can explore it on lower level but you're gonna die a lot

Camera bugs iirc. I haven't ventured there yet, I just seen people mention it when reading patch details.

I would assume it's fixed by now, since the patch seemed to mostly focus on the camera issues in terms of bugs.

I have some issues with the camera, but it's mainly in area with bushes etc
