pure bs coming from frustrated xbox / pc players on 4chan or something
even if there was a feud between kojima and sony (and that in itself is a really long stretch), kojima wouldn't be able to make the game runnable on xbox or PC for few reasons
the decima engine made by guerrilla is made with PS SDK in mind and it would require an extra amount of work to make it directx or whatever compatible
and more importantly, Sony funded Kojima's new studio and the game early advertisment, developement, etc. Everything they did and still do belongs to Sony for that sole reason. If Sony ever wanted to ditch Kojima Production, the game would be nipped in the bud or rushed to release and not ported to another platform for legal reasons.
