From what I read about the comparison between white and black IQ goes into long term planning. Whites had the cold winters of Europe and had to plan with stocking up on supplies, making better shelter, etc. Those with higher IQ’s planned accordingly and lived through winter. Blacks in Africa didn’t have much of that

Interesting bill tbh. It guarantees review by immigration judge within 72 hours and the whole family being deported within a two week time span. Plus it has housing and shelters available for these people, so they can’t run around the country.
