Biblically, raping a girl required death in Levitical law.
Kidnapping was also dealt with the same way.
However, A'ishah was married off to Muhammad by Abu Bakr (her father).
I don't think this type of thing happened in ancient Israel because I don't believe this situation is mentioned in the Torah.
But in Israelite sexual theology, sex was a covenant with God where sexual intercourse symbolized the covenant of the spouses and of God with humanity. I doubt a six-year-old would understand the theological basis for marriage and sex when it came to morality in a biblical sense.
So the Bible doesn't give an age of consent because the body tells you.
That may sound anti-western to muh sex age laws, but we are talking about Semitic culture which is different than our own.
Now, there was no prepubescent marriage going on to my knowledge in the Bible (modern rabbis after the Bible are the pedophiles).
Children are called pure and are supposed to be brought up as godly individuals, not used as a sex object.
Raping a 9yearold wouldn't understand what's going on and I think the ancient Israelites would've understood that as rape and would've stoned him.

So we see that when she (Israel) started to sprout as a young woman, she was marriageable (12–15). Most scholars agree on this. But she had to have had puberty and be able to desire sex.
Life was simple anyway. 14 year olds could handle being married and having children considering the fact that the young husband would just be a farmer or something. Life was simple.
This seems unacceptable to us because we made standards that don't hold up in Semitic culture.
The complexity of living life today didn't exist back in the ancient world. Still, Muhammad being married to a 6 year old and having sex with her at 9 is unacceptable
The only reason masturbation exists is because God made us humans to marry at young ages and fulfill those desires, not wait until 18 and have to go through years of sexual excitement as a teenager.
When you understand this, having sexual desires as a young male and young woman become natural and something people should respect.
