What happened was they were reorganised, as a process of streamlining the bloated bureaucracy, Trump didn't know about it - since Bolton did it.
It was made by Obama so, of course he fired them because he disliked it
But they weren't fired.
All the team members were simply consolidated into another doctorate, same roles and responsibilities.
