Hydroxychloroquine's actually been very effective at treating mild and severe cases early on. The studies done in the US that are being circulated by the media have basically only been done on severe cases where it was a last resort. The tests are also just pathetically bad.
They don't even make it clear how much the patients were dosed or when in their infection they were.
