The difference between your argument and mine is that we already know for certain that inorganic molecules can become amino acids and proteinoids on their own; this is a fact. It's true that the origin for the first *cells* can't be determined yet as we haven't been able to replicate this *yet* , but we have been able to demonstrate that cell-like structures and cell components *can.* This is why I can say that we can *infer* that this gradual, procedural process may have been how cells came around from inorganic molecules (which is literally not spontaneous generation, which is one *hypothesis* of abiogenesis that has been disproven).
