Hmm Idk about the source all I've been seeing and hearing is birth rates are dogshit right now

2018-12-11 03:16:30 UTC

I've got a lot of sources say otherwise

2018-12-11 03:19:36 UTC

Well, I have a friend who has been doing this since 2002. He showed be the data vs the old predictions and all the predictions have been wrong. Birth rates across the world are decreasing, and in the last 10 years they have really fell (almost 2 children per family less in 10 years!)

2018-12-11 03:20:21 UTC

Yep birth rates are dog shit right now

2018-12-11 03:23:39 UTC

Here's one of the biggest changes

Well they better start importing some

2018-12-11 14:19:07 UTC

Wait...

2018-12-11 15:07:57 UTC

Am I the only one who thinks the anti feminist argument that women don’t deserve rights because they aren’t required to register for the draft is stupid.

America hasn’t had a draft in a generation, it is the military and conservatives that have actively tried to keep women out of combat roles in the military, and with the high level of automation and technology in today’s world men’s increased physical strength is less and less important.

And that’s ignoring the fact that the guys who typically make this argument haven’t served in the military a day in their life, they want to take credit for the deeds of braver men and use it as a reason to subjugate women to lesser status

2018-12-11 15:12:38 UTC

We are in the midst of the longest war in history and no one has ever seriously even entertained the idea of a draft, and we’re likely to never have one again

2018-12-11 15:13:43 UTC

It´s not only in draft, but in conscription aswell. If you take most nations that have mandatory conscription, its for men only (some countries accept volunteering females). But saying that because of that women should have less rights is absolute bullshit. And I dont think its only conservatives who try to keep women out of combat zones, its generally everybody. BUT, saying that in todays world, men´s increased physical strenght is less important, is also bullshit. 100 years ago, all that a soldier might have was a hat (or a helmet) a backpack, rifle and clothing. Today its much much more, and looking at the places where soldiers are usually deployed nowadays, they are deserts, very hot places and very anti-female.

2018-12-11 15:16:14 UTC

Yeah, but today an active duty member of the air force can fly a drone anywhere in the world from Las Vegas

Weapons in ships are reloaded by machines, not requiring the physical strength to pick up the shells. We may not be as suited for grunt work on the ground but that’s less important now than ever especially when we aren’t fighting wars where we take and hold territory

2018-12-11 15:17:13 UTC

@Deleted User u ignored the NET tax part

2018-12-11 15:17:24 UTC

not to mention the draft is always a possiblaty

2018-12-11 15:17:38 UTC

im sure the men drafted into nam didnt think it would happen till it did

2018-12-11 15:18:18 UTC

voting gives you power over choosing who u go to war with if at all

2018-12-11 15:18:32 UTC

why give women that power if they wont fight the war or pay for it

2018-12-11 15:18:40 UTC

thats not fair

2018-12-11 15:18:42 UTC

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

2018-12-11 15:20:57 UTC

So you’re saying women don’t pay taxes now.... then who is taking half my check? Sounds like your real problem is with the draft, here’s an idea, the vast majority of us policy makers are men, have them eliminate the draft or include women in it, oh wait, the draft isn’t really the issue, you just want to put your boot on the neck of women and keep them down

2018-12-11 15:21:47 UTC

Also the United States hasn’t declared war in 77 years so voting has little to no impact on where the military is actually sent

2018-12-11 15:22:11 UTC

but... them policy makers must be voted to their positions... and women vote... so uhh... vote women?

2018-12-11 15:22:33 UTC

I do vote for women

2018-12-11 15:22:56 UTC

```Also the United States hasn’t declared war in 77 years``` declaring doesent mean no war
2018-12-11 15:23:15 UTC
*cough Korea, Nam, Iraq etc...
2018-12-11 15:23:18 UTC
I could go on and on
2018-12-11 15:23:52 UTC
and whats the deal with wester women always saying stuff like that? <:VoteDown:495273606360727582> <:VoteDown:495273606360727582> ``` you just want to put your boot on the neck of women and keep them down```
2018-12-11 15:23:59 UTC
I know, my point stands that having a vote doesn’t play any part in where the military goes
2018-12-11 15:24:14 UTC
it does
2018-12-11 15:24:27 UTC
Most of those wars were unpopular and done against the wishes of the people
2018-12-11 15:24:50 UTC
yet, the policy makers who endorse these wars, were voted by these people
2018-12-11 15:24:53 UTC
And if people, including women had to vote for them we would vote against them
2018-12-11 15:25:13 UTC
The fact remains that a women is much less likely to vote to send the country to war than a man
2018-12-11 15:25:30 UTC
thats usually because women want "peace and harmony"
2018-12-11 15:25:41 UTC
How evil right?
2018-12-11 15:25:50 UTC
*a stereotype, yes. but a common one*
2018-12-11 15:26:11 UTC
Wanting to spend our capital on making a better world, increasing our own prosperity not blowing people up
2018-12-11 15:26:36 UTC
I bet women back when N-Korea went after S-korea wanted peace, but NOOOO, evil men wanted WAAAAAAR <:haHAA:414150137238126592>
2018-12-11 15:26:55 UTC
```Wanting to spend our capital on making a better world, increasing our own prosperity not blowing people up``` say that to the other guy(s)
